At the Old Kiln Dental Laboratory we have a full service Crown and Bridge department. We offer a comprehensive range of restorations from a post and core to full arch reconstruction, using the best materials and techniques on the market.

Each job is given the time required to ensure that each restoration has the fit, function and aesthetics that are expected from a highly skilled, modern laboratory.

Metal Ceramic

All our metal ceramic work is created using high quality alloys and premier porcelains to provide restorations with superior fit, function and aesthetics. All our restorations have porcelain margins as standard.

Smile Design / Emax / Zirconia

All ceramic restorations now make up a large proportion of the work we do. Complimented by the use of smile design wax ups in golden proportion we are able to create a completely new smile.

All our work is produced in the UK by GDC registered technicians who have specialist qualifications in their chosen field.

Milling Attachments

Inter coronal milling and attachments for combination work.

CAD/CAM

Using the latest CAD/CAM technology we can plan and design a full range of restoration in Zirconia, Titanium, Chrome Cobalt and high performance Polymers.
